The IMPZ initiative is part of Dubai's vision to develop itself into a global media hub. Approximately 2 billion AED have been already invested in this area. The vast complex will be housed on a territory of 50 million square feet of land, in the heart of commercial Dubai. At the minute there are 1000 companies established in this area.

The master development estimates that in the next years there will be approx 90,000 people working in this area, according to the number of companies that have already registered their application forms to start operating their branches shortly. The total number of available residential properties will be 35,000 units, when all the projects are finished.  From these figures you can clearly see the huge demand for these properties – 35,000 residential units against 90,000 people.
