buyer does not pay any more for a property as a result of buying

There may be some exceptional circumstances where
anadministration fee is charged to the client by us for
additional work, however, this will be clearly discussed and

clearly understood that delays or changes may occur. British

associates or employees accepts no responsibility for any such
delays or changes.
Deposits:
Refundable deposits paid to the developer/builder/seller are
only accepted on condition that prospective purchasers change
their refundable deposit to a definite and non-refundable
deposit within 14 days of reservation. Thereafter the relevant
contract will be cancelled and the deposit (less any handling
charges) will be refunded. It must be clearly understood that
once a purchaser pays a deposit and exchanges contracts with a
construction company/developer/seller then such deposits are
non-refundable. In the event that a particular transaction does
not become a Sale and the client wishes to cancel the property

of any deposit or payments agreed with the agent or developer
and this is to be the responsibility of the purchaser or

Change of Contact Details:

client, who has not informed the developer or agent, with whom
they have made a contract, regarding change of address or
contact details. If the developer cannot contact the client
through the present details they have on file and no evidence of
informing the developer of the new address is provided, then the
client is at risk of losing the money invested in the property
and the property itself.
