Deposits:
Refundable deposits paid to the developer/builder/seller are only accepted on condition that prospective purchasers change their refundable deposit to a definite and non-refundable deposit within 14 days of reservation. Thereafter the relevant contract will be cancelled and the deposit (less any handling charges) will be refunded. It must be clearly understood that once a purchaser pays a deposit and exchanges contracts with a construction company/developer/seller then such deposits are non-refundable.
