Deposits:
Refundable deposits paid to the developer/builder/seller are only accepted on condition that prospective purchasers change their refundable deposit to a definite and non-refundable deposit within 14 days of reservation. Thereafter the relevant contract will be cancelled and the deposit (less any handling charges) will be refunded. It must be clearly understood that once a purchaser pays a deposit and exchanges contracts with a construction company/developer/seller then such deposits are non-refundable. In the event that a particular transaction does not become a Sale and the client wishes to cancel the property at their own decision British Initiatives Ltd. t/a DubaiFreeholdProperty.co.uk cannot be held liable for the return of any deposit or payments agreed with the agent or developer and this is to be the responsibility of the purchaser or customer to follow up direct with the developer or agent that issued their contract for the property
